Valhalla
Valhalla (formerly Necrophia and Phobia) began their career in 1989. In Norse mythology, Valhalla is a majestic, enormous hall located in Asgard, ruled over by the god Odin. The sound of the band is very close to a mix of Krisiun and early Sepultura. For being female vocals, they are very brutal and dark, almost guttural grunts. Instrumentally it’s a mid-paced groove with great guitar parts which at times sounds black metal inspired.

Bulimia

In 1998 Bianca met Berila and the 2 girls talked about a comun desire of having an all girl band. Then Berila joined on drums and Bianca on guitar. They knew it would be hard to find girls into punk rock because the old fashion rules of society, but they wanted to give a try. Thinking on who whould acept the mission, Bianca called a friend, Silvia - she was learning to play bass. They needed one more person to complete the group, and thats when Iéri appeared and so the band was formed. They have chosen the name Bulimia ebcause of a disease that too many women get it by being obsessed by a beauty padron tought by media. It couldn't be a better name for a band who was fighting against the machist culture and the patriarchal society.

Eu Matei Pedro
Band members: Sol (vocals), Carol (bass), Caro.l (guitar), xLilianx (drums). The name was taken from the film Happiness (Felicidade) of Todd Solondz.

They play since 1993 as a primal band to fight for the rights of women in Brazil, They used to participate as members of the Brazil MAP (Anarcho Punk Movement). Their lyrics are pretty acid and they're dealing with very polemic themes as abortion, social equality, freedom for lesbians and gays, and politics issues.

Infect
Infect was a brazillian band formed in 1998 by friends Estela and Inda. With their headquarters located in Sao Paulo, the formation was completed with another couple of friends, Tatiana Bianca and guitarist Juliana. Five years after its formation, Infect disbanded. Some of their components have continued in music as Juliana in War Inside (currently Sguardo Realta), Tatiana in No Violence and I Shot Cyrus, and Estela in Macedonia. Their sound is a mix of hardcore, punk and grindcore, citing among its main influences Napalm Death, Bad Brains, Misfits and Suicidal Tendencies.

Excruciation
death metal/grindcore, BrazilExcruciation were a young trio from Santos, near Sao Paulo. The lineup consisted in Vanice at the mic and guitar, Juliana at the drums, and Silvia behind the four strings.
